Before I head off into my well-deserved vacations (;-)), I wanted to present you with one last p-o-t-d. This one is from december, when we visited my wife’s aunt in Zons am Rhein. I’m having a thing recently with architectural shots since I got that 15/4.5, and especially with old little run-down garden sheds and other types of barns and huts. I think I’ll create a new gallery soon with this type of pictures.

I did a little pseudo-HDR treatment to this by lifting the shadows considerably. I like the outcome with that strong contrast between the orange of the bricks and the rust, and the blue of the sky (which I darkened a bit to make it more obvious). I also added some vignetting. This was taken without UV/IR filter.
