#75 | Friday was very stormy, so I could neither mow the lawn nor clean the rabbit cage. I also didn’t go outside — the only picture I took was this one.

#76 | Today I headed off to the in-laws to pick up Emil. During our evening walk, I saw the sun breaking through the clouds and momentarily illuminating these fields of grain.

The lens coding on my Biogon had already started to wear off from many lens changes, so the camera didn’t read the code and didn’t correct the cyan colour shift in the corners of PAD #76.
Been to Leica Solms, which is rather unspectacular unless you intend to spend some money in the Leica shop or have an appointment for a factory tour (which I hadn’t, but will to sometime in the future). One of the more fascinating exhibits was this Apo-Telyt-R 1:5.6/1600mm, probably Leica’s longest, biggest, heaviest and most expensive lens ever.

I have the week off — not because of my visit to the hospital, but because I originally wanted to visit my parents together with Emil this week. Now Emil is with his other grandparents, as it wasn’t clear on friday if I’d be out of the hospital by saturday. Well, I was, but now I’ve got a week for myself, which isn’t bad either. Let’s see what I’ll find to photograph this week — I might pay a visit to Leica in Solms, actually, so stay tuned!
I was lying in bed sick all day, and what I got to see all day long was our bedroom wall. Not very interesting, granted.
