PAD #64 | “Dandelions and an ugly building”

I saw these dandelions on my way from work to the bus. They were at the edge of the motorway that intersects our city. In the background, you can see the beautiful piece of contemporary 60ies architecture that houses the university’s central library.

PADs #62 & #63 | “Moon, left” and “In the bushes”

#62 | Seen on my way to fuel the car. I just found it funny how the traffic light pointed in the direction of the moon, as if it were saying, “To go to the moon, head left” :-)

#63 | This cat was hiding in the bushes before our house when Emil and I came back from our evening walk. It made no attempt to run away, so I could take a couple of snaps. This one was my favourite.

PAD #61 | “Field of green”

This field of grain is directly opposite to our house, and I loved the way it was almost “glowing” in the evening light yesterday (yes, this is actually yesterday’s PAD — as I said, I’m now regularly posting these the day after I shot them). I had to think of Sting’s “Fields of gold”, but I changed the title a bit as they’re not really golden yet :-)

PADs #55 & #56 | “Pushcart” and “In the cage”

PAD #55 — Saturday | The warm and sunny weather continues … bad for the plants, but good for us :-) We took the bikes and went for a trip, and on the way came by the university’s main cafeteria, where the complete two-level entrance area is being rebuilt.

PAD #56 — Sunday | This day was spent in the garden almost entirely, with friends visiting in the later afternoon. Emil decided to go and visit the rabbits in their cage …

PAD #54 | “Neglected”

Emil and I spent the afternoon in the garden — him playing in his sandbox and plucking dandelions, me feeding the rabbits and surfing the internet :-) He also brought along his “Viech” (German for “critter”), but quickly tossed it beneath a tree when more interesting things came to his attention …
